WHAT TO YOU DEFINE AS A PROJECT?

An project is defined as a single master project for one company site and its various country or language versions.   For example, if you are Skype and you create an XML project for "Skype" and you can add all 30 language versions to HREF Builder that is a project.   If you are an agency and you create a project for Skype, you CANNOT add another project for another company or different website into the same account you would need to create a new account.  If you manage multiple different sites and would like them to all be in the same master account we can set that up for you.  Please contact us to discuss. 

WHY DO I NEED TO KEEP PAYING MONTHLY ONCE I CREATE IT?

If you have a website we assume it will continue to grow and add content so that content should be added to yoru HREFLang XML site maps.   Just as you would update your regular XML site maps so must you update them by adding new URL's and removing old ones.   If you are an agency and only want to do it once and the single use is too small, email us and we can develop a single use package for your client. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXCEED THE NUMBER OF PAGES ALLOCATED?

During the import process if you have more pages that the plan you selected they will be imported but not added to any export.  You will be prompted by the system that you have exceeded the allocation.  You have the option to upgrade to the next level plan or remove pages or a country/language combination to decrease the number of pages to meet your plans allocation.

WHAT IF IT DOES NOT WORK AS EXPECTED?
You'll be billed immediately after creating your account, but we have a 10-day refund policy. Simply write in to help@hrefbuilder.com and we'll take care of you.   We will try to help you get it working the way you expect and if we cannot we will issue a refund.  In 10 days it is more than enough for you to try it and make sure it fits your needs.

ARE THERE ANY SETUP FEES? CAN YOU DO IT FOR ME?

There is no setup fee. We ahve tried to make it as simple as possible for you to set ut.  However, if you have a complex site structure one of our support specialists can work with you to get set up.  For more complex site structures or to have it set up for you our support team or one of our implementation partners can set it up for you for a fee.

We have been frustrated by tools that you don't need every month needing to use your allocation or loose it.   As the Google Index Checker is not a tool you need every day but when you need it you need it we decided to set this up as an account that is priced for you to do just that.   You can use all of the URL allocations in a single use or at any time until they run out and you order more.

An URL is defined as a single page for your site.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXCEED THE NUMBER OF URL'S ALLOCATED?

Unfortunatly it is a use or loose it.  They are there until you use them and assume that most users will choose a package that fits their immediate and future needs.  If this is an issue send us a note and we can try to work with you to better fit your needs.
